Bill is an adorable orange tabby who loves all the affection you can give him.  He can be heard chirping as he looks for someone to notice him and pet his belly. Bill is a super personable kitty who interacts well with his siblings and the resident house kitties.  He was rescued from a small hoarding situation and as a very active kitten, he took on his new environment with gusto.  While his siblings sleep, he is on the lookout for the attention of his humans.
