Spay & Neuter

In the U.S. over 8 million cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies are euthanized each year because there are not enough homes. Animal overpopulation is a massive problem and it is our responsibility to care for neighborhood animals.  The number of unwanted births and the spread of disease is eliminated when an animal is spayed or neutered which helps communities spend less on animal control costs because shelters are not having to euthanize animals.  Cats that have been sterilized have fewer health problems and will have a much longer life expectancy.

For additional information about TNR please see community cats.
