Chili is one easy going quiet mini panther.  His foster mom says this sweet boy is her favorite because he is such a CHILL kitty! He prefers to observe the shenanigans of his siblings from a distance and will make his entrance once he feels everything is safe. 

We believe Chili resembles baby Binx from the movie, Hocus Pocus.  He is shiny and black as night with big golden eyes. There is a sequel to Hocus Pocus coming out so your family could be right on trend if you welcome Chili to your home.
