Garth is an easy-going love sponge. He just wants to soak up all the love and attention he can get. After a life on the streets, he is so obviously grateful to have a soft bed to sleep in and not have to go hungry. He is a lover, not a fighter- so being a homeless tomcat was not a good fit for him.

He came to us covered in scabs – some from very deep wounds – and exhausted from having to survive on his own. He did nothing but sleep and eat for the first 3 days in his foster home. He is very talkative and has the world’s most precious chirps and trills. When he wants something he will meow – one lonnnnng meow – so long without stopping that you are guaranteed to laugh. He gives the best head bumps ever. Even when he is about to fall asleep he will reach out with his sweet paw just to be touching me.

He likes dogs, cats, kids, and basically everyone he has ever met. He is smart, sweet, loving, and loveable. He has a gorgeous thick, soft coat that will only get more good-looking as he continues a healthy diet.

He will make some lucky family a perfect, adorable baby.
