Meet Hawkeye!
Hawkeye used up one of his nine lives a little early. At barely two months old, he was rescued from the talons of a hawk after a passerby witnessed the attack and scared the bird away. He suffered a few puncture wounds, and his veterinarians believe he may have had some temporary vision problems, but today he’s healing beautifully.
He’s still a little shy as he recovers from his ordeal, but with a little patience, Hawkeye’s sweet personality shines through. Curl him into your arms, and his gentle purr will tell you just how grateful he is to feel safe.
