Socks is a very handsome black and brown fluffy tabby boy with light blue eyes and adorable white socks on his feet. Like most cats, he can be a little shy when you first meet him but he will immediately purr when you scratch him between his ears or under his chin.  His favorite activities are batting around a ball and laying in a soft fluffy bed.  He is a good boy that enjoys having his fluffy fur brushed and knows he is handsome.  Socks has also enjoyed older children who have played gently with him and encouraged him to come out of his shell.  

Socks came to our rescue along with his adopted kitty brother, Jitterbug looking for a new home after their previous owner had to move and could not take them.  We are hoping that Socks and Jitterbug can be adopted together.  Socks is rather reserved right now since being returned and Jitterbug helps provide Socks some comfort.
